At the Online – Support we diagnose your problem via remote access to the computer on which your NETMAN is installed.
The remote access is exclusively done via TeamViewer.
Please download and install the TeamViewer “QuickSupport” before the online session.
We additionally recommend to download the diagnostic tool (see below).
